It's Time........

Hello, everyone. What time is it you are asking? It's time to celebrate my 50th post. Now, I am a smidge early as this is only number 49, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I have just a few rules for this giveaway. First, you must be a follower. I have picked up several in the last few days and want to thank all of you newbies as well as those who have been with me since the start. Please don't post this on your blogs as I want to give you all the best chance as a thanks!! Next, you must leave a comment on THIS POST ONLY so I am sure to get your entry. If you don't have a blog, please leave your email address so I can reach you. This is open to US residents only due to postage rates. Sorry. The deadline for entry is Tues Aug 4th at midnight. I will draw the winner on the 5th.

This is what you have a chance to win. A black star candle holder, a bag of cinnamon rose hips, a grungy star candle holder and battery tea light, and a mustard colored paper mache box stenciled with a crow on top and primitives on the side. All items have been made by me. Good luck!!!

I wanted to share another photo with you. This is of our children in front of the corn field by our house. Now, the girls are 5'5" tall so that tells you how tall the corn is!! This is such a blessing for us this year. Last year at this time, the same field of corn was a little over head high, half dead, and just plain nasty looking. It is amazing what a little well-timed rains will do. We are very thankful.

I'll be gone for a couple of days and look forward to seeing your entries and comments when I return. Thanks so much for taking time to stop by. I appreciate it so much. Take care and have a great night.

~Melissa~

  1. Hello. Congratulations on reaching your 50th post. I would love to win the wonderful goodies you are giving away. Congratulations also on the corn. The corn in my area of the prairie is also extremely tall. I guess it is because we have had so much rain here this summer.
