Giveaway Reminder.....

Just a reminder that I will be drawing for my giveaway this evening. If you haven't entered yet, please leave a comment on my last post and I will get your name in!!  I am giving away some of my blackened beeswax ornies.  I have a new snowman that I am pouring today......think I will throw him in also. 

I am getting started on the decorating today.  Our tree is up with the lights and garland.  It is patiently waiting on the ornaments.  Maybe the kids can do that later.  Seems like every year I rid myself of many decorations.  This year will be the same, I'm sure.  One thing I love about opening the boxes is getting the surprise of goodies I bought on clearance last year and forgot all about.  I found a little tree earlier in my box.  So exciting!!

Happy Thanksgiving......

 I just took a little Thanksgiving quiz. I think I must be totally un-American because I only scored a 20%.  Yikes!!  Should have paid a bit more attention in school!!   It only takes a couple of minutes and it's really fun. Give it a shot!

Today I am making a couple of desserts for tomorrow's feasts.  The first is peanut butter pie and the second is a new recipe....lemon cheesecake.  There is no way that can be bad, right.  We spend the day at both parents' homes. This means two meals....no eating today obviously!!  I hope that where ever you spend your day and with whomever you spend it with, you have a wonderful day and count the many blessings that are around us all.
